Our goal is to process all orders within 24-48hrs. Orders are processed, and shipped, during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 10 am to 5 pm EST, excluding Holidays).

We are not able to cancel any orders once they have been shipped. The only way to cancel is prior to shipment. Once we ship the products, we don’t accept returns under any circumstances.

• There is a minimum order requirement of $300.00 for any product.

• All products must be ordered in packs of 12, not individually.

• The status of your account will be reviewed annually. In an effort to keep records accurate you may be asked periodically to provide updated information regarding the status of your business.

• For verification purposes, we may require tax id or a resale certificate. If your business is in Florida, and you don’t have a resale certificate, we will add the county sales tax of 7% to your order. - Prices are subject to change without notice.
